Just a thought from the Raze thread, do you think it'd be a good idea to have a game history list box so that inexperienced players can see what's going on? Eg, we could have
-----------------------------------------------
[Player 3's colour] "36. ..."
[Player 2's colour] "35. Player 2 lost x% of troops in [razed country's name] due to gangrene"
[Player 2's colour] "34. Player 2 didn't move any troops"
[Player 2's colour] "33. Player 2 razed [country name]"
[Player 2's colour] "32. Player 2 put 40 troops in [country name]"
[player 1's colour] "31. Player 1 moved 40 troops from [country name] to [country name]"
[player 1's colour] "30. Player 1 captured [country name] and kill 30 of Player 2's troops"
...
-----------------------------------------------
Obviously enough, an option to show/hide this box. It'd also help in debug if this was added to the saved game so we could use it for debug purposes. _________________ ~Ignorance is bliss but knowledge is power~

There are a number of things that I think I'd like to add to a v2 of the map/game file format, so there probably will be an updated file format that has a history in it at some point. I think I'll have to start keeping better track of all the things I want to add, though.
I've taken a first stab at the game history feature.

on a side note, the up/down control is a little too close to the Pass button. It's very easy to slip and miss your turn... _________________ ~Ignorance is bliss but knowledge is power~
